About Us

Founder
Charlotte Rose Hamlyn is a multiple Writers’ Guild Award-winning screenwriter and creator for children’s television and animation, including the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series Beat Bugs, featuring songs by The Beatles. Twenty years in the industry have made her one of Australia’s most in-demand children’s TV writers, with an impressive volume of broadcast episodes (more than ten Marvel movies’ worth) for shows including Knee High Spies (CBeebies/ABC), It’s Andrew! (CBC/ABC), Kangaroo Beach, 100% Wolf, Blinky Bill and Guess How Much I Love You. She is the author-illustrator of the graphic novel Opposite Land (Penguin Random House), hosts television for Foxtel’s Discovery Kids, and recently won Australia’s top prize for science-fiction screenwriting, the John Hinde Award. At Caduceus, she’s turning all of that toward worlds of her own, and pioneering an entirely new format called ‘innertainment’ that turns screentime into dreamtime.

Business Manager
Tim Sternberg is the Business Manager of Caduceus Studio, combining a career spanning film, television, documentary and media with the commercial discipline that supports the creative work. Early in his career, he travelled to India to promote Australian locations and production-manage Bollywood films. He later produced documentaries and television, liaising with Universal’s UK division before relocating to the UK. There, he assembled large talent teams for music and television brand partnerships, developing a rare combination of creative-industry experience and commercial acumen. Tim went on to co-found a business consultancy, working alongside legal, financial and technology specialists to help companies grow and strengthen their value. At Caduceus, he brings those worlds together: protecting the numbers, structuring the deals and building the stable foundation that allows ambitious creative work to thrive.
